No. Tailoring can select and reorganize experience from your saved resume, but it cannot invent skills, employers, titles, dates, or outcomes.
The application record can include the job, answers, submitted resume, confirmation time, and any available captures. Missing or failed captures remain labeled.
AutoApply currently runs only on Workday. Greenhouse, Ashby, and Lever AutoApply are coming soon. Jobs from those and other sources can still appear in discovery.
