What the service is

Myrlin Jobs is an automation tool that acts as your agent in your own job search. At your direction it discovers roles, tailors your resume from content you provide, completes application forms with your information, and submits applications on your behalf. Every application it submits is made in your name, with your information, under your authorization.

Your authorization and responsibilities

• You authorize Myrlin to prepare and submit job applications on your behalf according to the preferences and limits you configure.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of everything in your profile and resume. The service restates your content; it does not verify it, and applications are submitted as your own statements.
• You must be legally entitled to apply for the roles you target and to make the representations (such as work authorization) your profile contains.
• You may only use the service for your own job search, or for a candidate who has given you explicit permission to act for them.
• You agree not to use the service to spam employers, misrepresent identity, or violate any law or third-party terms that apply to you.

No guarantee of outcomes

We do not promise interviews, offers, response rates, or that any particular application platform will accept an automated submission. Job-application platforms change frequently; some submissions may fail, be delayed, or require steps the service marks for your review. The application record in your dashboard, including whether a submission was confirmed, is the authoritative account of what occurred.

Plans and billing

Your first 3 receipt-confirmed applications are free. No card is required, and the free allowance never converts automatically into a paid plan. If you choose to upgrade, Alpha costs $17.99 per month for up to 100 receipt-confirmed applications. You can cancel or downgrade from the hosted billing portal.

Your content

You retain all rights to your profile, resumes, and application materials. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service on them: to store, process, tailor, and submit them at your direction. We claim no other rights.

Acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to access other tenants' data, resell access without an agreement, or use the service in a way that creates legal risk for us or for employers. We will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made by employers or application platforms.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate or suspend the service for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (your responsibilities for past submissions, billing, disclaimers, liability limits) survive.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict of laws rules. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@myrlin.io.
